So, I purchased this skirt some time ago for a special occasion. I wore it for my BdAy, and I must say it gave me cheery, dainty and floaty all in that order. The skirt touched my spirit and made for an excellent night for drinks and dancing. The skirt, ring, and clutch came from Togs on Brooks in Providence!
