Returns and refunds of merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and is required for all refunds. Purchase must have been made within the last 7 days and must be in its original condition, complete with any accessories, tags still on, packaging and instructions. Refunds will be based on the method of payment. We reserve the right to research the original purchase and limit or decline refunds. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost unless otherwise noted. Standards may vary based on shipping locations. No international sales at this time.
